From the website: the name, phone number, email, preferred language and message you type into our forms, plus the page you sent it from.
At the counter: the identification and documents each service legally requires (for example a passport for an ITIN application, a title for a registration, or ID for a money transfer), and the transaction details we are required to record.
Basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit, used only to keep the site working.
To answer your request and provide the service you asked for.
To prepare and file your paperwork with the agency or company involved.
To send you the reminders and confirmations you asked for, such as sticker, insurance or tax-season renewals.
To meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering recordkeeping obligations.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing — no exceptions.
Only with the parties needed to deliver the service you requested: government agencies (IRS, Tennessee Department of Revenue, Hamilton County Clerk), insurance carriers, money-transfer companies, shipping carriers, and the software providers that run our customer records and messaging.
We also disclose information when the law, a court order or a regulator requires it.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
We keep your records as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy the retention periods the law requires — for tax filings, that is several years. After that we dispose of records securely.
Physical documents are kept in our office with restricted access, and digital records are kept in access-controlled systems. No system is perfect, but we limit access to the staff who need it to do the work.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep, or tell us to stop contacting you. Call, text, or come by the shop and we'll take care of it.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out form on our Contact page.
Our services are for adults. We only handle information about minors when a parent or guardian provides it for a specific filing, such as claiming a dependent or applying for a child's ITIN.
