The face of the moon was in shadow

Almost before we knew it, we had left the ground. All their equipment and instruments are alive.Mist enveloped the ship three hours out from port. The spectacle before us was indeed sublime.A red flair silhouetted the jagged edge of a wing.

Required legal notice · Tennessee Code Annotated § 8-16-201

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.

NO SOY ABOGADO LICENCIADO PARA EJERCER LA ABOGACÍA EN EL ESTADO DE TENNESSEE Y NO PUEDO DAR CONSEJO LEGAL NI COBRAR HONORARIOS POR CONSEJO LEGAL.

In the United States a notary public is not the same as a notario público in Mexico, Central or South America. Here a notary is not an attorney: we verify your identity and witness your signature. We do not draft the document, advise you on what to sign, or represent you before any authority. You bring the document already written and we certify the signature.

02 · Frequently asked questions

What people ask before coming in.

Can the notary write the letter for me?+

No. A notary only certifies the signature — we can't draft the document or give legal advice. You bring the text, we notarize the signing.

What ID do you accept?+

Any valid photo ID: passport, consular ID, driver's license from any state, or a state ID card. It has to be unexpired.

Can you notarize a power of attorney for another country?+

We can notarize the signature here. Many countries then require an apostille from the State of Tennessee. Ask us and we'll explain that step.

Do both people have to come?+

Yes. Every signer must be present with ID. Nobody can sign on someone else's behalf.

Can you notarize a document written in Spanish?+

Yes. The notary certifies the signature regardless of the document's language. If you also need it in English, we translate it here.

Do I need an appointment?+

No. Walk in during business hours and we'll notarize it right away.

03 · Leave us your info

Not sure your document can be notarized?

Leave your info and we'll confirm what to bring before you make the trip.

Your info goes straight into our system. We answer the same business day.
