The waybill number we print on your receipt. Start here if you are not sure — it is the number most customers have.
The warehouse number, used when your box is identified by the warehouse instead of the waybill.
The number of one individual box, when a single waybill covers more than one box.
The package tracking number, if that is what you were given.
The tracking screen is in Spanish. Pick the option that matches your number, type it in and press Track. Movements can take a few hours to appear after your box is scanned.
Write to us on WhatsApp with your name and the date you dropped the box off and we will look it up for you. If the number is right and nothing shows yet, the box has probably not been scanned into the warehouse — that usually happens within a day or two of drop-off.
It depends on the destination and on the sailing schedule. Ask us at the counter or on WhatsApp for the estimate on your route — we would rather give you a real date than a number that does not hold.
Movements only appear after the box is scanned. If it has been more than two days since drop-off, message us and we will check.
