This site describes our services and lets you contact us. The information here is general and for orientation only — it is not legal, tax, immigration or insurance advice, and it does not create a professional relationship until we agree on a specific service with you.
Government requirements, fees and processing times change. What applies to your case is what we confirm with you at the counter.
We do not publish prices on this site because they depend on your case, on government fees and on third-party carriers. We always give you the total before we start any work, and we don't charge you anything you didn't agree to.
Government and carrier fees are set by those third parties and are not refundable by us once a filing has been submitted or a transfer sent.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the documents and information you give us — names, dates, addresses, amounts, account numbers and the identity of the person receiving a shipment or transfer.
We prepare filings based on what you provide. We cannot be responsible for a rejection, a delay or a penalty caused by information that was incorrect, incomplete or not disclosed to us.
For many services the law requires us to verify your identity with valid photo identification, and in some cases to keep a record of the transaction. We ask only for what the service requires.
Original documents you leave with us are returned to you. We are not responsible for documents lost by a third party such as the post office, a state agency or a carrier.
A Tennessee notary public certifies the identity of the signer and witnesses the signature. A notary is not an attorney, cannot draft your document, cannot advise you on its content and cannot represent you.
The document must be complete and unsigned when you arrive, and every signer must be present with valid identification.
We prepare and file returns and ITIN applications based on the documents and information you provide. Refund amounts and processing times are determined by the IRS, not by us, and we cannot guarantee either.
You are responsible for reviewing your return before it is submitted and for keeping the copies we give you.
These services are provided through licensed third-party companies. Their terms, limits, exchange rates and fees apply to each transaction and are disclosed to you before you pay.
A transfer cannot be corrected or cancelled once the recipient has collected it. Contact us immediately if you spot an error and we will do everything the carrier's rules allow.
You declare the contents of your shipment. Prohibited and restricted items cannot be sent, and customs authorities in the destination country may inspect, hold or reject a package.
Delivery times are estimates. Claims for loss or damage follow the carrier's process, and we help you file them.
We act as an intermediary to quote and place policies with insurance companies. The policy is a contract between you and the insurer, and coverage, claims and cancellations are governed by that policy's terms.
When you send us your information through this site, by WhatsApp, by phone or at the counter, you authorize us to contact you about your request. Text message communications have their own terms — see the Text Message Terms page.
